My research focusses on social and political epistemology. I am especially interested in conspiracy theories: what exactly is a conspiracy theory, the epistemological consequences of believing such theories, and how one’s role in the wider epistemological world is affected by these beliefs.

My research also addresses issues of epistemic vices such as closed-mindedness which closely relates to conspiracy theories and how, on one hand, some vices appear conducive to someone’s coming to believe in conspiracy theories, but, on the other hand, those same vices can make for effective responses in combatting conspiracy theories’ proliferation.
